Mrs. Wirth's Home Page

My name is Shawnda Wirth. This year I will be starting my 3^rd year of teaching. I taught in Tulsa schools for two years and then was offered a wonderful opportunity to teach at Jenks Southeast this year.  I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. Someday I hope to pursue my masters in Education Administration.  I didn’t choose to become a teacher; teaching was my passion from before I can remember.  I couldn’t imagine doing anything else each day other than enriching young lives and minds.

  I have been married two years to my husband James. He is an attorney in Tulsa and works hard at what he does. We have a spoiled kitty named Sage who runs our household. (She’s the boss!) We adopted her a few years ago from The Cat Clinic of Tulsa. She keeps us laughing each day.
